KMI Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is currently recruiting for ward nurses to work for a private hospital in Kent.

This is an exciting opportunity if you’re looking to move from the NHS into a private setting or if you are already working within an independent hospital and looking for a new challenge.

The roles will require some shift rotation. The client has flexible full and part time opportunities available.

Role Responsibilities include:

Demonstrate outstanding clinical practice at all times

Plan, implement and deliver a holistic patient centred care to a group of patients

Maintaining accurate patient records utilising the most up to date evidenced based care and guidelines

Person Specification:

Be a strong and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN RGN).

Patient focussed

Have knowledge of clinical governance and its application along with evidence of continuous professional development.

Confident in building relationships with others including consultants, colleagues and patients.
